Process:

  1. Discovery: We researched the market for Atavus’ new product, the Online Training Program (OTP). We narrowed down the target audiences and their needs that this product could fulfill.
  2. Plan: We sketched out all the possible customer pathways to purchasing the OTP and how they would be communicated with after their purchase. Knowing our target audience, we developed a marketing strategy around the platforms they interact with the most.
  3. Content curation: To execute our plan, we needed emails, graphics, animations, google and facebook ads, magazine ads, partnerships, customer service online and phone, drip campaigns, and everything in between.
  4. Challenges: With all the content that needed to curated, we needed to stick to a solid timeline with proper communication about all the moving pieces.
