DESCRIPTION

[/vc_column_text][gem_divider margin_top=”30″][vc_column_text]O’Donnell Learn creates learning management systems (LMS) for clients. They needed a few animations that helped explain the voice over. This video is one of many in a series about clean rooms for American Society of Mechanical Engineering (ASME).[/vc_column_text][gem_divider margin_top=”30″][vc_column_text]

PROCESS

  1. Kickoff Meeting: We all sat down together to discuss what the client wanted the animations to accomplish. We addressed the goals and target audience. At this time, we spoke about the budget, timeline, and responsibilities.
  2. Outline: Next, a framework for this project included the storyboard and scene cuts.
  3. Wireframes: With the outline developed, we could start wireframing how the video would transition.
  4. Branding and Styling: We took the wireframes to the next level by applying the company brand.
  5. Review: This is a critical stage. We collaborated to make sure the video was accurate and well thought out.
  6. Approval and launch.

DEBRIEF

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The process for this learning management project and animation series had people working in many different states across the United States. Keeping to a strict schedule and communicating how long tasks were going to take was the highest priority for this team.

Being flexible and innovative helped complete these animations in a timely fashion. Understanding the HVAC process that needed was explained, was useful.
