Project: Online Training Program

Process:
- Plan: Atavus’ coaches explained what they needed out of the 30 videos needed for the Online Training Program (OTP).
- Outline & Script: With the help of the subject matter experts and a copywriter, the script for each of the videos was developed.
- Storyboard: Taking the script, I created a storyboard with scene treatments, timing, and transitions.
- Voice-over: While the storyboard was being developed, the voice over was being recorded.
- Rough Cut: In the rough cut, the storyboard and voice-over are combined to get an idea for timing and flow of the video.
- Animations & Video Editing: Half of the video was full animation and the other half was a video with animation overlays.
- Edits & Approval: There are at least 3 rounds of edits by the subject matter experts and the art director.
Challenges: Finding a location to film, Finding the right videographer, Having the subject matter experts agree on the outline of each video, Having the right video take chosen for each final video,
